We support product return requests within 3 days of successful delivery.
- The product shows no signs of having been used (such as being washed, has a strange smell, is contaminated with chemicals, is dirty…)
- Product includes full accessories and gifts (if any).
- Product box is not dented or torn.
For products with visible defects due to transportation (scratches, breakage, dents…)
- There is a video recording the process of customers unpacking and checking the goods. If there is no video attached, we will refuse to return or exchange under any conditions.
- We always support returns to improve customer experience. For unreasonable requests, excessive returns. We are sorry to stop serving you.
- When returning goods, keep the bag seal and box intact. If the plastic has been removed, please do not mention the return.
- The sole of the shoe is made of genuine leather, when trying on please put the box lid underneath. Do not walk directly on the tile floor as it will scratch the soles of your shoes.
List of products & services with limited or no returns:
- Please do not return or exchange orders made from animal skin. For example: Ostrich skin, lizard skin, crocodile skin…
- Shoes that are too big need to be custom sized.
- Products are discounted from 20 %-50%
- Clearance sale products.
- Products are redeemed from VIP or SVIP customer points.
Return & Refund Policy:
- For products due to errors by Gabrielle Paris or the manufacturer or during shipping to the customer. We will not charge any additional fees.
- For orders changing to another product due to changes in needs or changes in original size. Please pay any additional costs (Specific costs will be notified to you by the customer service department)
